What we collect
The Stay Informed box on our website collects only your email address and what you chose to hear about (product launch updates, new blog articles, or both), along with the date you signed up and confirmed.
The sign-up form at our events (reached by scanning a QR code) collects your name, age range, gender, how many days a week you work out, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and any supplements you take. We also note which event you were at. This form is for people aged 18 or over.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- Product launch updates: to tell you when our first product is available.
- New blog articles: to email you when we publish a new article.
- Event answers: to understand the athletes we meet, their training and nutrition, and to plan how we support them. We may contact you by phone or email about the event you attended.
We only send you updates by email if you asked for them, and only after you confirm your address by clicking the link we send. We never sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers to host our website, store your data and send our emails. They may store data outside India and process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately. We keep event answers for up to two years after the event, then delete them. You can also ask us to delete your data completely at any time.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- withdraw your consent by clicking Unsubscribe in any email;
- ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it;
- raise a concern or grievance with us.
Write to us at [email protected] and we'll respond promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change affects how we use your email, we'll ask for your consent again.
